IMPORTANT GUEST HOUSE INFORMATION

Pricing
The price includes accommodation plus any other charges indicated and VAT. We do not provide breakfast. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone, drinks etc are additional. At the time of direct booking, we require details of a valid debit or credit card in order to process the booking.

Cancellation
Once you have booked your stay for a non-refundable booking, our agreement is a legal contract and any payment you have made is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy for flexible 1-day and 3-day bookings allows full refunds for cancellations either 1-day or 3-days before the stay.

Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Check-in
Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards. It is not possible to check-in prior to 2:00pm due to housekeeping and cleaning services. However, we can allow guests to drop off their luggage at no additional fee and guests may also utilise the paid parking permits from 10:00am. In order to facilitate this, guests must give prior notice of at least 48 hours.

On departure, payments may be settled by cash or card. For the comfort of our guests Grange Lodge operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. If this does not adhere to a charge may have to be collected to cover the cost of cleaning fabric and soft furnishing. On the morning of departure, rooms need to be vacated by 10.00 am. Check-in times are by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Please let us know if you require a parking permit. In the event of cancellation, 72 hours’ notice is required, otherwise, a charge may be levied. Any damage to items or property will have to be paid for in full. Payment will be collected from the card details provided at the time of booking. Parking is available for payment of £5.00 per night

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do your dishes.
14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
